So here's the scoop: Elopements are all about keeping it cozy with up to 15 guests. But if you're in the mood to throw a bigger bash with up to 40 of your favorite people, Agate Beach Lodge is where the party's at! 🎉

Our first encounter marks the beginning of a wonderful relationship. You'll have the opportunity to review the package to determine if it aligns with your preferences. We'll delve into the details of what the package includes and explore potential secondary location options that suit your needs. We'll also have a conversation about the concept of "all-inclusive" and how it can simplify things for you.

Make a plan
Join me as we embark on this planning adventure together! Think of me as your trusty guide and knowledgeable companion. I've got a treasure trove of resources at your disposal! As we navigate the elopement planning journey, know that I'm just a text away! Once you've selected your date with us, a 50% retainer secures all your vendors for that special day. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your big celebration.

Once your booking is confirmed, I'll facilitate the introduction between you and your chosen vendors, and that's when the excitement truly kicks in! We'll delve into your preferred style and discuss all your expectations. Then, it's time to arrange consultations to fine-tune the final design and overall experience for your special day.

Ashleigh is absolutely thrilled to welcome you! As a dedicated artist, her passion is to celebrate your special moments with makeup artistry. With her roots from Chicago to her current home in Washington State, Ashleigh has cultivated a loyal clientele. She excels in "subtle glam" makeup for brides and holds a masterful expertise in her craft, having been certified by Jane Iredale Cosmetics and branching into Permanent Cosmetics, where she became licensed and insured in 2022.

MEGAN & dylan | FLORISTs
We are Dylan and Megan Heck, owners of Farm & Flower and Nomad Coffee. Our journey began with a small homestead in the Pacific Northwest, where we raised animals, grew seasonal produce, and nurtured beautiful flower gardens. While I tend to the garden and design floral arrangements, Dylan, though working full-time outside of the home, is our go-to farm expert. We started Lake Farm Florals in January 2019, and in 2022, we launched Nomad Coffee. Our mission is to create stunning wedding florals, serve delicious coffee, and foster a sense of community through our farm, offering farm tours, workshops, and seasonal gatherings.
